  • It is deemed FINAL, once order is placed.
  • The production time is estimated to be two weeks.
  • Our policy is strictly NO CANCELLATIONS, NO REFUNDS.
  • For any customized items (where options such as length or color are available), we have a strict NO EXCHANGE policy.
  • Any special requests for customization (such as changes to size or length) must be communicated to the customer service team before placing the order. These requests are subject to availability. Once the order is placed, it will be considered final, and our production team will begin processing it.
  • If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up the order within 90 days of the shipping date, SHASHAMAHNE will consider the order abandoned. We reserve the right to sell, dispose of, or use the items in any way we choose, and the deposit or full payment made by the customer will not be refunded.
  • After receiving your order, if you have any requests for alterations (such as length adjustments), please contact the customer service team within 7 days. If your request is accepted (subject to availability), send the item in its original condition (unwashed, unused, undamaged, along with the original packaging and receipt). The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for the alteration as well as any custom charges.
  • However, SHASHAMAHNE is not obligated to accept requests for alterations or exchanges once the order is confirmed. Any such requests will only be considered based on availability and the goodwill of the company.
